The Assam Rural Infrastructure and Agricultural Services Society (ARIAS Society) invites applicants for a Walk-In Interview for the recruitment of 1(One) Financial Service Specialist (FSS) on contract basis under the World Bank financed APART. The selected candidates will be placed at the Project Coordination Unit (PCU) in the ARIAS Society.

Educational Qualification: Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (min two years duration) in Finance/ Microfinance/Banking/ Rural Economics/ Development Economics/ Rural Management/ Agri-business or a closely related field from any Govt. recognized University/Institutions.
Experience: Minimum 11 years experience in developing/ emerging markets on financial inclusion/micro-finance/ rural finance/SME finance development/investment fund management.
Computer Skill: Must have proficiency in the use of Internet based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
Language proficiency: Good knowledge of written & spoken English and Hindi.
Age: The maximum age of the candidate should be 50 years as on V March 2019.
Indicative range of remuneration: Rs. 18.00 Lakh to Rs. 25.80 Lakh/Year. However the Remuneration will be around 30% hike on the last drawn CTC of the applicants.

Road, Guwahati-781022. At the discretion of SPD, ARIAS Society, candidates arriving after 2.30 PM on the date of Walk-in-Interview will not be considered/entertained for the selection process.
