Educational Qualification of DEE, Assam Recruitment 2019

For Sl-1 to 4: The candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University or any examination declared equivalent by the Government. The candidate also must possess computer skills for handling data and text on computer as specified below:

a) Must have knowledge of office productivity software tools independent of any operating system, i.e. MS Windows, Linux, Mac, etc. such as

• Word Processor (both in English & Assamese)
• Spreadsheets
• Presentation graphics
• Concept of database
• Internet
• E-mail

b) Must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer Application from an institute recognised by the Government.

For Sl-5 to 7: Studied up-to Class-VIII.

For Sl-8: HSLC Examination passed or equivalent with Medium Vehicle Licence of Driving issued by the Competent Authority

Age Limit of Directorate of Elementary Education Recruitment 2019

Candidates age must not be less than 18 years and not more than 44 years in respect of General/ Unreserved Candidates, 47 in respect of OBC/ MOBC Candidates and 49 years in respect of SC/ ST and Persons with Disability (PwD) as on 01/01/2019. The relaxation shall be applicable only to those candidates who have attained the necessary educational and other qualifications prior to crossing of existing upper age limit of 38 years. There will be no provision for age condonation.
