Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invites Online application by 02/05/2019 for  following  posts of Director (Legal and Treaties) and Assistant Hydrogeologist in various Government of India / Union Territories Ministries and Departments (Advt. No. 3/2019):

1. Director (Legal and Treaties)
No of posts: 01 vacancy (UR-01) in Legal & Treaties Division, Ministry of External Affairs

Pay: Level-13 in the 7th CPC pay matrix. General Central Service -Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.
Age: 50 yrs

Educational Qualification:
(i) Master's degree in Law with specialization in the field of International Law and/or Internationals Relations or International Organisations from a recognized University.
(ii) Candidates having specialization in International Law in M. Phil. or Ph. D. level but not at Master's level will also be eligible.

2. Assistant Hydrogeologist
No of posts: 50 vacancies (SC-05, ST-03, OBC-12, EWS-05, UR-25) in Central Ground Water Board, Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation.

Pay: Level-8 in the 7th CPC pay matrix. General Central Service -Group ‘B’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.
Age: 30 yrs.

Educational Qualification: Master of Science Degree in Geology or Applied Geology or Geo-exploration or Earth Science and Resource Management or Hydrogeology or Master of Technology in Engineering Geology from a recognized University.         

Application Fee: Rs. 25/- to be paid cash/online at SBI.  No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates.
