NFL is looking for bright, young, energetic, dynamic & result oriented professionals with initiative for manning the position of Management Trainees in following disciplines for its Offices/Units:

1. Management Trainee (HR)
No of posts: 10 posts (UR-15, EWS-01, OBC-05, SC-02, ST-01) (PWD-01)

Pay: Rs. 40000-140000/-
Educational Qualification: Minimum 60% marks in 02 years full time MBA/PG Degree or Diploma, from Universities/ Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE, with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management / HR.

Age: 29 years as on 30/04/2019. Relaxation as per rules.

2. Management Trainee (Marketing)
No of posts: 25 posts (UR-10, EWS-02, OBC-06, SC-04, ST-03) (PWD-02)

Pay: Rs. 40000-140000/-
Educational Qualification: Minimum 60% marks in full time M.Sc. (Agriculture) with specialization in any discipline or M.Sc. in specialization in any discipline of Agriculture or Minimum 60% marks in two years full time MBA or PGDBM (Marketing / Agri-Business Marketing/ International Marketing/Rural Management) recognized by UGC/AICTE with Full time regular degree of B.Sc. (Agriculture) with minimum 60% marks.

Age: 29 years as on 30/04/2019. Relaxation as per rules.

Application Fee: ₹ 700/- plus additional bank processing charges is to be paid online. The application fee is not applicable for SC / ST / ExSM / PwBD candidates.
