Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for temporary engagement of 1 (one) Law Clerk in the Principal Seat of the Gauhati High Court at a consolidated pay of Rupees 20000/- (rupees twenty thousand) per month. The engagement would be for 1 (one) year.

Educational Qualification:
a) Candidate must be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Law or Doctorate in Law from any recognized University in India.
b) Candidate practicing at the Bar or having professional experience or literary works in Law to their credit would get preference.

Selection Process: Written Examination and Viva voce/ Interview.

Application Fee: The details of application fee to be paid by the candidates are indicated below. Persons with disability (PWD) need not pay fees.

➧For all Others: Rs. 300/-
