Assam Society for Comprehensive Financial Management System (AS-CFMS) invites online applications for the position of Domain Expert of Audit on Contractual basis within the World Bank funded ASPIRe project.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

- Must be serving or retired officer having knowledge of Local Fund Audit.
- Having at least total 20 years of experience including 3 years of relevant experience as Auditor.
- At least Graduate degree from any Govt. recognized University.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations and procedures of Government of Assam.
- Having General IT awareness.
- Knowledge of best practices in other states and replicating the same through amended rules
- Proficiency in working with computer based applications.

Desirable Qualifications, Experience and Skill-set:

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex concepts and to communicate them effectively.
- Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently.
- Good communication and social skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, synthesis, and personal dynamism and self-motivated.
- Good documentation and drafting skills.

Pay: The monthly remuneration of the Domain Experts would be on daily basis, based on the formula of 30% of the daily remuneration of the Senior Consultants engaged under AS-CFMS, i.e., 30% of Rs. 14,000/- = Rs. 4,200/- for 20 days/month, which will be applicable for the tenure of 12 months of engagement. Apart from the remuneration, miscellaneous expenses at fixed rate such as mobile phone, conveyance and communication charges shall be included.
