Assam Society for Comprehensive Financial Management System (AS-CFMS) invites online applications for the position of Senior Business Analyst on contractual basis within the World-bank funded ASPIRe project.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 to ₹1,000,000.00 /year
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify and understand the business problem and the impact of the proposed solution on the organization's operations;
- Document the complex areas of project scope, objectives, added value or benefit expectations, using an integrated set of analysis and modelling techniques;
- Translate business objectives into system requirements using powerful analysis and modelling tools;
- Evaluate business needs, thus contributing to strategic planning of information systems and technology directions;
- Assist in determining the strategic direction of the organization;
- Liaise with major GOA officials and SI during preliminary installation and testing of new products and services;
- Design and develop high quality business solutions;
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have experience in delivering similar nature of work in Private sector/Govt/PSUs.
- At least BTech, BE, MCA, or MBA, PGDBA in any discipline from any UGC recognized institution/University with overall experience of at least 5 years in Business Analysis.
- Must be able to develop business architecture using requirements such as scope, processes, alternatives, and risks.
- Must be able to analyze business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
- Must be able to translate stakeholder requirements into over tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams, Wireframes, prototypes, Business Process Modelling Language (BPML), Unified Modelling Language (UML) etc.
- Should have Knowledge and hands-on experience on tools like Rational Rose, Microsoft Visio, etc.
- Must be able to provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet business needs and develop business specifications to support these modifications.
- Must be able to liaise between business/government and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.
- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to synthesize complex concepts and to communicate them effectively.
