N F Railway Recruitment 2020: Apply for 29 PGT, TGT & Other Posts [ Walk-in]

Northeast Frontier Railway (NF Railway) has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 29 PGT, TGT, Primary Teacher vacancies in Assam through a walk-in-interview.

A. Netaji Vidyapith Railway H.S. School, Maligaon:

1. Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
No of posts: 06

Subject-wise vacancies:
Political Science-1 (UR)
Zoology- 1 (SC)
Assamese-1 (UR)
Biology-1 (OBC)
Economics-1 (UR)
History -1 (EWS)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in relevant subject & B.Ed.

2. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
No of posts: 03

Subject-wise vacancies:
Hindi-2 (UR-1,EWS-1)
PTI-1 (OBC)
Educational Qualification:
i) Graduation (in the teaching subject) and B.Ed. AND
ii) Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) to be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
iii) Competence to teach through the medium/media as required. At least he/she should have a language paper in Secondary level.
For PTI- Graduate from a recognized University with Diploma in Physical training from a recognized institution OR B.P.E.D from a recognized University and Higher Secondary.

3. Primary Teacher (English Medium)
No of posts: 04

Subject-wise vacancies:
Eng Medium-4 (SC-1,OBC-1,UR-1,EWS- 1)
Educational Qualification:

i) Graduation/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and B.Ed / Diploma in Elementary Education/JBT/PTT(by whatever name known) AND
ii) Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), to be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.

B. Railway H.S. School, Maligaon:
