ARIAS Society has released a notification for the recruitment of 7 Post Harvest Management Expert (PHME) and Post Harvest Coordinator (PHC) vacancy purely contractual positions under the World Bank Financed Assam Agribusiness & Rural Transformation Project (APART).
1. Post Harvest Management Expert (PHME)
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification: The PHME should hold a Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (min 2 years duration) in Agriculture/Horticulture/ Post Harvest Technology/ Post Harvest Management/ Food Science/ Food Technology or a closely related field from any Govt. recognized University/Institutions.
Experience: PHME must possess minimum five (5) years professional experience in Post-Harvest Management of Agriculture/Horticulture commodities, including development of innovative Post Harvest Management practices for different commodities.
Age: The candidate shall not be of more than 40 years of age as on 1st August’ 2020.
2. Post Harvest Coordinator (PHC)
No of posts: 6
Educational Qualification: The PHCs must possess a Graduate Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Food Processing/ Food Science & Technology/ Post Harvest Management or a closely related field from a recognized University/ Institution.
Experience: At least three (3) years professional experience in the domain of post-harvest management, agro logistics and supply chain management of agri/ horti commodities in any public/ private sector organization in managerial/ officer level position.
Age: The candidate shall not be of more than 35 years of age as on 1st August’2020.
How to apply: Interested candidates (from India) having essential qualification and experience has to apply through a soft copy of the application & the supporting documents which are to be sent by email. The application shall be submitted only in English language, as per the prescribed Application format provided in the website of ARIAS Society along with scanned copy of a signed cover-letter and self-attested copies of the supporting documents.
