Age: Age of the candidate should not be more than 43 years as on 01.01.2020. For ST (H)(P) and SC candidates upper age limit will be relaxed by 5 years as per Govt Rule.

Educational Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) and Computer literate.
Experience: Minimum One year of relevant work experience.

Period of Contract: 1 year extendable based on annual performance evaluation.

How to apply: Candidates should submit self attested copies of ail testimonials from HSLC onwards with 2 copies of Passport size photograph alongwith the application without which the application will be rejected.

The Application must be submitted on or before 20.09.2020 at the Office of the Joint Director of Health Services, Dhemaji.
