1. IT Support Engineer
No of posts: 2

Pay: 10,000 to 12,000 per month

Age Limit: No Bar
Educational Qualification: B.Tech(CSE)/B.E.(CSE)/MCA

Responsibilities:         

# Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
# Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
# Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
# Work continuously on a task until completion.
# Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.

2. HR
No of posts: 1

Pay: 15,000 to 20,000 per month

Age Limit: No Bar
Educational Qualification: MBA in HR

Responsibilities:  

# Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
# Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
# Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
# Develop training and development programs.
# Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
# Assist in performance management processes.
# Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

3. Inhouse Sales Representative
No of posts: 1

Pay: 13,000 to 15,000 per month

Age Limit: No Bar
Educational Qualification: Marketing or communications related degree

Responsibilities:

# Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
# Understand customer needs and requirements.
# Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
# Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
# Staying informed about competing products and services.
# Upselling products and services.
# Researching and qualifying new leads.
# Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
