APSC CCE Exam 2020
Assam Public Service Commission has released the official notification of Combined Competitive Examination, 2020 [APSC CCE 2020] for the recruitment of 331 vacancy. Candidates who qualify in APSC Prelims Exam may now apply online for APSC CCE (Mains) starting from 16th November 2021 .
The Combined Competitive (Main) Examination will be held in the month of January 2022 tentatively at the Guwahati centre only.

Eligibility Criteria of APSC CCE Exam
Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than 21 years and more than 38 years of age on 01.01.2020.
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable
(i) By 5 years for SC/STP/STH candidates i.e. upto 43 years.
(ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. upto 41 years.
(iii) For persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD) by 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and General Category of candidates.
Educational Qualification:
# The candidate must hold a Degree from any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess such qualification as may be declared equivalent by the Government.
# Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification on the date of submission of their applications.
# Candidates awaiting results of the qualifying examination for eligibility on the closing date of submission of application need not apply.

The Combined Competitive Examination consists of two successive stages:-
(i) The Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)

APSC CCE Admit Card
Admission certificate indicating the eligible candidate’s Roll no., venue and programme of the exam will be uploaded in the Commission’s website, for appearing in the Preliminary/Main examination.
Application Fee for APSC CCE Exam
Candidates have to pay an application fee as mentioned below:
# General/EWS: 285.40
# SC/ST/OBC/MOBC: 185.40
# BPL: 35.40 *
# BPL: 35.40 *
# PWBD: 35.40 *
# Women Candidate: 35.40 *
* Under the Digital India initiative by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, APSC has decided to launch its Online Recruitment portal with the help of CSC-SPV, a MeitY approved organization, which will charge a processing fee of Rs. 30.00/- + 18% tax = Rs.35.40/- from each candidate.

How to apply for APSC CCE Exam ?
Interested and eligible candidates may apply online for APSC CCE Exam by visiting at official portal of Assam Public Service Commission. They may follow below mentioned steps .

# Click on Online Application link .
# A new webpage will be opened.
# Enter all your personal and educational details as required .
# Upload your passport sized photograph and signature and other required documents.
# Pay the examination fee as per your category and at the end click on submit button .
# Don't forget to take a print of submitted application form .
Submission of Multiple Application Form (Prelims)
It is for information to all concerned that those applicants who have submitted multiple online application forms for the Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2020 owing to wrong information provided in the application form are hereby allowed to delete/cancel the incorrect application(s).
The applicants must submit the reason for cancellation of their application forms. The Online Recruitment Portal of the APSC (https://ift.tt/3ib1nc6) will facilitate the cancellation of the incorrect application forms which the applicants can access after login to the said portal with their respective login credentials.
However, the fees, if already paid will not be refunded under any circumstances nor will be adjusted/reserved for any other examination/post. The closing date of online form submission remains 25-10-2020. However the last date for payment of fees against online application is extended to 27-10-2020.
