IIE Guwahati Recruitment 2023

1. Consultant

No of posts: 01

Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 62,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- (Negotiable)

Educational Qualification and Experience:
# Postgraduate degree (MBA in Marketing, PhD will be preferred).
# Minimum 10 years of proven track record of working with Social /Community development/ Agricultural Marketing/ Value addition and processing project especially in livelihood development project.

Responsibility:
# The person will be responsible for the overall coordination, network, planning, execution and liaison for the implementation of the FPO Project.
# He/she will be required to do all the project related coordination with the Central/ State Govt. departments and the Farmer Producer Companies and ensure that the “Central Sector Scheme- Formation and Promotion of 10,000 FPOs” gets implemented as per the plan and schedule (on all parameters-physical, financial and timelines).
# He/she will be responsible for monitoring progress of the Project in the selected blocks in Assam and work for scaling up of the project.

# Good Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to proactively address potential issues and solve problems is desirable.
# Excellent computer skills,
# Collaborative working Style and team – player attitude.
# Ability to work independently with full responsibility.
# Decision making capability.

Age Limit: 30 to 65 Years

2. Project Associate

No of posts: 01

Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 21,000/- To Rs.25,000/-(Negotiable)

Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree, preferably with 2+ years of work Experience in Social/Community Development/ Marketing/ Entrepreneurship Sector.

Responsibility:
The Project Associate will assist Manager-Project/ Executives in all aspects of project implementation. This may include ensuring the project stays within the budget, working with staff and other individuals to implement project activities, monitor and report on project, analyse data, make suggested corrections if needed and would also be required to do market survey for market linkages and extensive field level activities.

Core Experience:
# Work experience preferable in sectors of Social/ Community Development/ Entrepreneurship Development Sector/ livelihood projects. Knowledge on business plan development, mentorship etc is desirable.
# Developing project proposals and documentation

Key Skills:
# Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
# Ability to proactively address potential issues and solve problems
# Excellent computer skills
# Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
# Ability to work independently with organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Age Limit: 23 to 35 Years
