UPSC Recruitment 2021

1. Assistant Professor (Mechatronics)
No of posts: 1 (OBC-01)

Department: Integrated Headquarters (Navy), Directorate of Civilian Personnel, Ministry of Defence

Age limit: 38 years.
Educational Qualification: First class Master’s degree in Mechatronics.

2. Assistant Defence Estates Officer
No of posts: 6 (ST-01, OBC-01, EWS-01, UR-03)

Department: Defence Estates Organization, Directorate General of Defence Estates, Ministry of Defence

Age limit: 30 years.
Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering (Civil) from a recognized University or equivalent.

3. Senior Scientific Officer Grade-II (Armament)
No of posts: 3 (OBC-01, EWS-01, UR-01)

Department: Directorate General Quality Assurance, Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence

Age limit: 35 years.
Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering from a recognized University.

4. Senior Scientific Officer Grade-II (Chemistry)
No of posts: 3 (EWS-01, UR-02)

Department: Directorate General Quality Assurance, Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence

Age limit: 35 years.
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Chemical Technology or M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry) or M.Sc (Organic Chemistry) from a recognized university.

5. Senior Scientific Officer Grade-II (Engineering)
No of posts: 3 (EWS-01, UR-02)

Department: Directorate General Quality Assurance, Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence.

Age limit: 35 years.
Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized University.

6. Senior Scientific Officer Grade-II (Gentex)

Age limit: 40 years.
Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Metallurgical/ Textile Engineering/ M.Sc (Botany)/ M.Sc (Chemistry) from a recognized University.

7. Senior Scientific Officer Grade-II (Instrumentation)
No of posts: 1 (SC-01)

Age limit: 40 years.
Educational Qualification: Masters Degree in Electronics/ Applied Physics or B.E./B.Tech in Electronics Engineering / Electronics Technology from a recognized University.

8. Senior Scientific Officer Grade-II (Metallurgy)

Educational Qualification: B.E.(Metallurgy) /B.Tech (Metallurgy) from a recognized University.

10. Assistant Director (Economist)

Department: Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery, Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying

Age limit: 35 years.
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Economics with Statistics or Master’s Degree in Commerce with Statistics of a recognized university.

11. Assistant Director (Information Technology)
No of posts: 29 (SC-04, ST-02, OBC-07, EWS-02, UR-14)

Department: Office of the Registrar General & Census Commissioner of India, Ministry of Home Affairs

Age limit: 35 years.
Educational Qualification:
Masters Degree in Computer Applications or Information Technology or Computer Science or Software Engineering from a recognized University or Institute
OR
Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Software Engineering or Information Technology or Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.

12. Assistant Director (Horticulture)
No of posts: 3 (OBC-02, UR-01)

Department: Central Public Works Department, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs

Age limit: 30 years.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture of a recognized University/ Institute; or M.Sc. in Horticulture with Floriculture or Olericulture as a subject of a recognized University/ Institute or M. Sc. in Botany with Horticulture as a subject of a recognized University/Institute or B.Sc. in Agriculture/ Botany/ Horticulture with Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture of a recognized University/Institute; or M.sc. in Floriculture and Landscaping or Horticulture from a recognized University/Institute.

13. Medical Officer (Ayurveda)
No of posts: 3 (OBC-03)

Department: Directorate of AYUSH, Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi

Age limit: 38 years.
Educational Qualification:
(i) Degree in Ayurveda of a recognized University or Statutory State Board/Council or equivalent recognized under the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970).
(ii) Enrollment in State Register or Central Register of Ayurveda.

14. Medical Officer (Unani)
No of posts: 5 (OBC-05)

Department: Directorate of AYUSH, Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.

Age limit: 38 years.
Educational Qualification:
(i) Degree in Unani of a recognized University or Statutory State Board/Council or equivalent recognized under the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970).
(ii) Enrollment in State Register or Central Register of Unani.

Application Fee: ₹25/- to be paid cash/online at SBI.  No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates.
